With No Cross Over or Bleed From The Unused Channel An ABY pedal is a very useful pedal. The more common
way to use them is to run you guitar (or instrument) to a stereo amp setup and/or use it as an amp selector. However, you
can get creative, the pedal can be reversed! (have two inputs into one output) The biggest problem with most ABY boxes is the jack placement and layout is hardly ever conveniently
since all setups are different. You plug in the jacks and you have to wire cables into a big mess since most ABY boxes have
jacks placed in a generic layout.
Now you can choose/design your jack
layout with PepTone: Choose Both Jacks on top, Both out jacks on the side (See picture) or one jack on top and one on the
side.
Can make other custom
layouts but may require to add on a day or two extra of time to your order, contact me if you wish to have a certain layout.
There are 3 LEDs. You have LED "A"
LED "B" and LED "Y". We make a "Y" LED so you can still see which single channel you will be
going back to when "Y" will be turned off. Most ABY pedals just have A & B LEDs and they both light up when
"Y" is being used, but then how do you know which one you will be going back to when you turn off "Y"?
This is why we just use a separate "Y" LED. So if you are using "Y" and you will be turning it off you
can see if it is on "A" or "B" in case you forgot where you last click was.
